Who we are

GoldPulse is operated by Wang Qiyuan, Haidian District, Beijing, 100192, China. Contact: support@goldpulse.app.

Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run alerts and billing: email address, alert configuration, session/auth records, and subscription identifiers from our payment processor. We do not collect brokerage holdings, net worth, or risk questionnaires.

Processors

  • Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for paid orders. Processes payment details, tax, invoices, and related customer support. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Neon (optional) — Postgres persistence when configured.
  • Resend (optional) — transactional email delivery.
  • Auth.js — authentication sessions.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention & rights

To request deletion of your account data, email support@goldpulse.app from your registered address. GDPR/CCPA rights will be honored where applicable. Payment records retained by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s policies and legal retention requirements.
